You give us the list of items — the name, plus EAN and your recommended price where you have them. We pull prices daily from the stores you choose and deliver a table with the deviation from your RRP.
The items are common consumer goods, not a customer price list. An empty cell means the chain did not carry the item in this slice — not that its price was higher or lower.

Novus online does not serve every city. Where yours is missing we take the nearest available store and label the column plainly — “Novus (Kyiv)”.
The chain physically does not carry part of the range. That is not a collection defect — those rows are honestly marked “no match”.
The mark means one of two things: the chain does not carry the item, or its name is too generic to search unambiguously. In the second case we ask you for the EAN or brand.
